Am wochenende konnte in einem kleinen bereich dazu was gesehen werden.
openbibliojobs twitterte einen link auf einen freien zugang zu bibliojobs.
einige stunden später war das leck wieder dicht.
Ein tipp an alle, die um solche geheimtipps wissen: do not twitter about it!

BIB hat die Lyoner Erklärung über den Zugang zu Informationen und
Entwicklung am 5. Januar 2015 unterzeichnet===

Die Erklärung von Lyon wurde im August 2014 aufgesetzt und in
englischer Sprache verfasst. Der englische Wortlaut ist daher
maßgebend. "Derzeit wird von den Vereinten Nationen über eine neue
Entwicklungsagenda als Nachfolger der Millenniumsentwicklungsziele
verhandelt. Diese Agenda soll allen Ländern als Orientierungshilfe zur
Verbesserung der allgemeinen Lebensbedingungen dienen und neue,
zwischen 2016 und 2030 zu erreichende Zielsetzungen umreißen. Wir, die
Unterzeichneten, sind der Auffassung, dass ein besserer Zugang zu
Informationen und Wissen - unterstützt durch die größere Verfügbarkeit
von Informations- und Kommunikationstechnologien (IKT) - für alle
Teile der Gesellschaft wesentlich zu einer nachhaltigen Entwicklung
und Verbesserung der allgemeinen Lebensbedingungen beiträgt. Daher
fordern wir die Mitgliedsstaaten der Vereinten Nationen auf, sich
international zur Umsetzung der Post-2015-Entwicklungsagenda zu
verpflichten. Dadurch soll sichergestellt werden, dass jede/r Zugang
zu den Informationen hat, die zur Förderung nachhaltiger Entwicklung
und demokratischer Gesellschaften erforderlich sind, und in der Lage
ist, diese zu verstehen und gemeinsam oder individuell zu nutzen."
