Im Jahresbericht 2004 der Bibliothek der London School of Economics

folgender Abschnitt zu finden:


"User satisfaction with the Library improved this year, with 95 per cent of
staff respondents
and 92 per cent of students expressing satisfaction with the overall service.
A landmark
new service for students - 24 hour opening for eight weeks in the exam period
- proved
to be such a success that it will now become a regular feature. The number of
students
who availed themselves of the extended service, including use of PCs,
printers, self-service
book borrowing, and photocopiers, exceeded all expectations, with the highest
hourly
figure recorded being 984 at 11pm one evening in May."


Der Aufwand scheint es Ökonomen wert zu sein.
