     The IFLA "Audiovisual and Multimedia" Section intends to organize a
session about "New technologies for access to moving images in libraries
and digital libraries" during the 67th IFLA Conference in Boston,
Massachusetts from August 16 to 25, 2001.

     The main topics of this session deal with metadata, data structure,
XML, use of artificial intelligence, copyright problems, pay per view and
fair use.

     If you are interested in giving a paper during this session planned on
Tuesday August 21 2001, please send a message to me.
