Liebe KollegInnen,
die folgende mitteilung aus gb leite ich gerne an sie weiter,
weil es angesichts der teilweise verschlungenen informations-
wege der EU tatsaechlich nicht immer ganz einfach ist, die ueber-
sicht zu behalten:
Fifth Framework Programme? Culture 2000? Does the European Union
do anything to help libraries, or do all our contributions go on
Brussels dinners for Eurocrats?
The lis-uknfp list has been re-named lis-european-programmes.
It's the list where you can ask these questions, and get answers.
lis-european-programmes is a forum for sharing information on
European programmes, projects and funding opportunities of
interest to the UK library and information sector.
> >
lis-european-programmes was established in April 1996 as the
lis-uknfp list, a forum for the UK National Focal Point for the EU
Telematics for Libraries Programme to share information on the
Programme. Since then it has carried information on this
Programme, and on many other programmes, funding opportunities and
successful projects funded by the EU.
Recent postings have included an update on Fifth Framework
Programme negotiations, information on Norwegian libraries on
the Internet, and news of an ISPO Call for Proposals.
