Webwomen-html was recommended.

Several useful websites were recommended:
http://www. liszt.com.  This is a great site.  By running a search on
this list for "webmaster" I retrieved lots of very useful lists.

http://webtech.netvision.net.il, was recommended.

http://www.internet.com and http://www.cnet.com which leads to
http://www.builder.com, also look good

Someone also pointed out that lots of the trade magazines in the
field also have on-line sites.

 Hope this helps.  I spent a morning siging
up and now my mailbox is overflowing with stimulating discussions
and I've got some good sites bookmarked..
