Re: TIF to PDF
Sehr geehrte Listenleser,
ich moechte Sie darauf hinweisen, dass Dienste der unten beschriebenen Art
gemaess den Lizenzbestimmungen von Adobe Acrobat nicht zulaessig sind
(einzige Ausnahme waere der Einsatz von Acrobat Capture 2.0 beim Anbieter,
was der Mail leider nicht zu entnehmen ist).
Oeffentlich bereitgestellte PDF-Erzeugungsdienste, auch Distillerfunktionen
im Netzwerk fuer z.B. 50 Anwender, sind nur dann zulaessig, wenn die
entsprechende Anzahl Acrobat-Lizenzen vorhanden sind. Diese in der
Vergangenheit nicht ganz klare Sachlage wurde innerhalb Acrobat 4.0
deutlich dargestellt.
Natuerlich ist PDF ein offenes Format. Wer also ohne Adobe-SW PDF
generiert, ist unabhaengig von unseren Vereinbarungen.
