Online-Kurs
English in the library | communicating with users, Niveau C1

A 3-session compact course focussing on digital services in the library. 
Practice in
-       introducing the various services on offer 
-       explaining the limitations of the services (what is not possible or not 
permitted)

Also sharing experiences with each other about the opportunities and challenges 
around the themes of
-       introducing new/ innovative services
-       challenges and decisions involved with these new services

An optional element of the course is the preparation and delivery of a short 
presentation to peers from other libraries.

Zielgruppe:
Beschäftigte öffentlicher und wissenschaftlicher Bibliotheken, die Gespräche 
mit Nutzer:innen an der Information führen.

Online-Termine:
30.05.23, 06.06.23 und 13.06.23, jeweils 10:15 – 12:15 Uhr online, dazwischen 
Selbstlernphasen

Kosten:
60 Euro für Mitglieder des BIB und VDB
100 Euro für Nichtmitglieder
