Liebe Kolleginnen und Kollegen,

leider musste in diesem Jahr der weltweite Kongress der IFLA abgesagt werden 
und mit ihm alle geplanten Satellite Meetings. Das EURIG Executive Committee 
möchte dennoch über die neuesten Entwicklungen rund um den Standard RDA 
informieren und so die Reihe der “RDA in Europe” Veranstaltungen fortsetzen. 
Alle Informationen finden Sie im englischen Einladungstext unten. Die 
Registrierung wird in Kürze freigeschaltet. Die Teilnahme ist kostenfrei.

Save the date!

Despite the cancellation of IFLA, the EURIG Executive Committee is pleased to 
announce that the planned RDA in Europe satellite meeting will still be held, 
albeit over Zoom.

The conference will take place over two sessions on Tuesday, September 15, 
2020: 10:00-12:00 and 13:00-15:00 CEST.

Planned topics include case studies on the adoption of RDA and the planned 
adoption of 3R, a discussion on creating documentation and training about RDA 
and 3R, and updates about working groups and the RDA Steering Committee's work. 
There will also be breakout sessions for the participants to share their plans 
and concerns for the concrete work of adopting 3R.

A full agenda and registration details will be sent out over the course of the 
summer.
