Dear all,

Helsinki City Library is arranging an international seminar for small
and
middle-sized public libraries 21-22.4.2005 and a study tour-possibility
23.4.
2005. All the topics discussed during the seminar are from the point of
view of
small and middle-sized libraries.

We would be very happy if you could help us by distributing information
about
the seminar in Germany. We would be very happy if there would be some
participants from Germany.

I am attaching a preliminary programme, an information leaflet and a
registration form.
