ICOLC Conference for European Consortia


		Berlin 1st - 3rd December 200


The International Coalition of Library Consortia (ICOLC)
will be holding its 2nd European Conference in Berlin, to
discuss progress in, and to share experience of, consortia
purchasing of electronic information resources. Conference
presentations and discussions should also influence publishers
and aggregators policies on licensing and the development of new
business models. Delegates are welcome from all countries,
whether they already have active consortia or at early stages of
discussion.

The conference will be at the Harnack-House in
Berlin-Dahlem close to the Free University and Institutes
of the Max-Planck-Society.The conference will start at 1pm on
Friday December 1st and finish at 11am on Sunday 3rd. The all
inclusive price of Euro 270 double room or Euro 300 single
occupancy includes two nights accomodation with all meals. The
number of participants is limited to 80, so early booking is
recommended.
