2nd Workshop on the Open Archives Initiative (OAI):
"Gaining independence with e-prints archives and OAI"

LIBER, SPARC-Europe and the CERN Library are organising this workshop at
CERN, Geneva (Switzerland) on 17-19 October 2002.

This workshop wants to guide individuals and institutions interested in
pursuing open-access solutions for scholarly communication initiatives
through the process of conceiving, implementing and maintaining an e-print
archive or OAI-compliant repository.
