Re: NlightN for Libraries
Folgender Text kommt von NlightN 'persoenlich' (scheint aber kostenpflichtig zu
sein):
There are hundreds of public domain and proprietary databases available through
NlightN, containing tens of millions of citations, abstracts, and full text, from
thousands of sources. Each citation or abstract is available immediately online. Full
text, if not available online, is often available through document delivery. All are
incorporated into NlightN's Universal Index.
The databases range over all subject areas including business, science, health, humanities, entertainment, and
education. Find magazine articles, news stories, reviews, abstracts, scholarly writings, and reports. NlightN
incorporates information from U.S. government databases, such as, National Library of Medicine, ERIC (U.S.
Department of Education), the Government Printing Office, and from commercial information providers, such
as, EBSCO, H.W. Wilson, American Business Information, Disclosuras, EBSCO, H.W. Wilson, American Business Information, Disclosure, and patent database providers. Also
included are bibliographic records from the Library of Congress, the British National Library, and many other
archives...over 15,000,000 library catalog entries.
