Unverlangte Eintraege auf Maillisten

Liebe Liste, 

beim Aufraeumen meiner Emails fand ich eine WerbeMail, 
in der ein neues Produkt angekuendigt wird (vergl. text unten). 
Gleichzeitig wird mitgeteilt, man sei auf der WerbeMailliste eingetragen,
falls man das nicht wolle, solle man das gefaelligst per Email mitteilen.

Daraus ergeben sich einige Fragen, finde ich:
a. Sind andere aus unserer Liste auch von dieser oder aehnlichen
   Werbemails betroffen ?
   [Wir sind ein nuetzliches Adressmaterial]
b. Was koennte man [ausser dem braven unsubscribe] tun, 
   um solchen Firmen und ihren aggressiven Werbemethoden entgegenzuwirken ?
