herzlichen dank fuer den hinweis !!
ich finde die beitraege wirklich gut. peer-reviewed zeitschriften
werden neuerdings sogar in deutschland angeboten, z.b. in der
padagogik. ich verknuepfe damit die hoffnung, dass sich die
qualitaeten dadurch in zukunft verbessern lassen. gegenwaertig 
wird bei uns beim publizieren zu viel aus der huefte geschossen.
in den zs erwecheinen zu viel beitraege, die hoechstens als
erstentwuerfe durchgehen koennen, und die redaktionen haben beim
weiteren gang der dinge nicht immer eine glückliche hand.
