Here is the URL for the full text of all Canadian laws (up-to-date as of 
Dec.31, 1995) on Justice Canada's Web site. Choose "Regulations" from the menu:

The only site I was able to locate for Ontario was this one, which seems
incomplete (i.e. regulations are not mentioned anywhere). Look under
"Ontario":
