Re: .tif in .gif
Excuse the English. Studying Goethe and Kafka does not prepare you to
talk about computers. I know the nouns, but oddly not the simple verbs
like how to say save.
Call up the tiff file and use the Save As option to save it as
a gif file. When the save menu comes up, click in the scroll bar at
the bottom left until you see the format option gif and select it. At
that point, you should see the old filename in the filename box, but it
should now have a .gif extension. Save it with the new name.
